Clayton Gits » Owner
Clayton is a Richmond native with a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Clayton is married and has two daughters and 2 dogs. Clayton is an owner/agent with Keller Williams Realty and established The Gits Group in '07 with one goal in mind: To provide the highest level of service to his clients through a professional, system based, high-tech, high-touch real estate business. Clayton understands that trust and confidence are critical when guiding one through perhaps the most important transaction of their life. Clayton is passionate about real estate and he looks forward to being your realtor for life!
Rick Nichols » Vice President, Property Management, Principal Broker
Rick has lived in the Richmond area for over 25 years and has been a licensed Realtor in the metro Richmond area since 2003. After spending the last 11 years in residential Real Estate as an agent and then Associate Broker, he decided there was an underserved population of Owners that were looking for a good Property Manager, who would give them good service and communicate with them. So he and his partner, Clayton Gits started Mission Realty with that in mind. Rick has a history of serving clients with a listening ear and servants heart and that continues with Property Management.
Doug Harris » Property Manager
Doug grew up in Fairfax, VA and has called Richmond home for the past 25 years. He has a BS in Communications from Wingate University. With over 20 years’ experience in management, customer service, home maintenance and real estate, property management is a natural fit. Doug joined Mission Realty in the summer of 2016 and has quickly applied his real estate knowledge and years of experience as a Branch Manager to the position. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their four children.
